AHFC CHRISTMAS MESSAGE

TO AVONDALE HEIGHTS FOOTBALL CLUB PLAYERS, SUPPORTERS, FAMILIES AND SPONSORS
With the year 2014 coming to a close and on the eve of our 50th year as a club in 2015, it is a good time to reflect on the recent past and look towards the near future.

VISION
Our club has a vision to provide the best possible environment for all players, their families and supporters and to achieve success at all levels as a football club, embracing all challenges both on and off the field. We continue to forge our way as a leading club in the EDFL, being bold, focused and determined to gain success.

FACILITIES:
Our club continues to be a leader in the EDFL with the best player facilities. This season, our oval lighting upgrade further enhanced Canning Reserve as the best facilitated club in the EDFL. Further upgrade work will be carried out in the social rooms over the summer.

CULTURE:
We continue to strengthen our club’s culture by creating and developing programs and policies to educate and improve. We invest in good people and they reinvest into the club.

COMMUNITY:
We encourage partnerships with local businesses and community groups. As well as supporting all of our sponsors, this year we supported local charities and fundraising causes including donating to Ronald McDonald Room at Sunshine Hospital and raising funds for Albury Footballer James McQuillian who suffered a serious spinal cord injury.

FUTURE:
Season 2015 marks a significant milestone in the history of the Avondale Heights Football Club with the celebration of our 50th year. It will be a year to celebrate the past and look forward to the future. As a club, we will strive to achieve sustained success both on and off the field.

Finally, the Avondale Heights Football Club would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Safe and Happy New Year.
