HEIGHTS WOMEN'S TEAM WINS FIRST GAME

The combined Avondale Heights/Taylors Lakes Football Club women's team pulled on the big white V jumper today and ran out onto the ground not expecting too much as the girls had only two training sessions together. Both Heights & Lions players put in a magnificent effort against a hard playing Keilor Park to come out winners. Thank you to all that made the effort to come and support our team and to the volunteers and coaches  including Ritchie Francis, Darren Sheridan and Anthony Lafauci. 
A few new players will be joining the team this week and additional new players are welcome.
FINAL SCORES: Avondale Heights/Taylors Lakes 5:8:38  defeated Keilor Park 4:8:32
