AHFC Auskick History
The Avondale Heights Auskick Clinic commenced under the original Victorian program known as VICKICK in 1985. In1998 the Vickick program became AUSKICK and was launched nationally. The Avondale Heights program originated at St Martin De Porres before relocating to Doyle Street Reserve in 1999. We the growth of the program, the clinic relocated to Canning Reserve in 2006 and the program was then managed as part of ther Avondale Heights Football Club junior program. The clinic has a proud history including kickstarting the career of past member, former Essendon captain and champion Matthew Lloyd. Season 2024 marks the 40th year that the program has been operating.
