HEIGHTS U15 GIRLS DO US PROUD

18 weeks ago, these awesome bunch of girls came together to create history in the first ever girls only team at AHFC with the majority of them having not only never met each other before, but also never played football. Week by week they bonded together and improved their skills and made new friendships.
They made the EDFL elimination final in Div 2 today and even though they came away with a loss and are now out of the finals, they held their heads high and kept the smiles on their faces.
They all met back at our sponsor McDonalds where they laughed and joked and reflected on just how far they have come in 18 weeks with their team mates, parents & siblings.
To top it all off as they just can't get enough, they have now gone down to Canning St, to play kick to kick. How good is that!!
Well done girls and parents, this is only the beginning and we are only going to get bigger and better from here. Bring on season 2018.
